Cost share image license
Cost share image licenses can be purchased for an additional 30% of the package price per business, allowing each additional party to obtain their own non-exclusive license. For example, The Curated Collection package = $208.50 per business. The total investment and image usage rights are then shared between all licensed parties, making professional imagery more accessible while maximising the reach and exposure of the project.
Rush editing
If you have a short turnaround time in mind when booking, please let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to prioritise your editing to meet your deadline without an additional fee. I understand that deadlines can sometimes arise unexpectedly. For last-minute requests, an optional $450 Editing Rush Fee can be added to any package, allowing me to prioritise your gallery and work additional hours to meet your required deadline.

Caitlin Howlett Photography retains the copyright and intellectual property rights of all images produced. Unless otherwise agreed, you are granted a standard, non-exclusive license to use the images across your own marketing and promotional channels.

Based in Adelaide, I am available for projects locally and beyond. Any travel costs will be determined at the time of booking and may take into account travel time, vehicle expenses and accommodation where required.

Styling is not included as part of the photography shoot. However, if your project requires styling, we can recommend a trusted interior stylist suited to your project, or you’re welcome to work with your preferred stylist. Please let us know at the time of enquiry.

For standard projects, 4-6 weeks is ideal. Publication-focused shoots or seasonal projects benefit from a longer lead - typically 8-10 weeks allows for the right creative window. Working to a tighter deadline? Get in touch with me - we occasionally reserve space for priority projects.

If conditions could impact the result, we can adjust timing or reschedule. We’ll always recommend the best approach for your project and the lighting it deserves.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the final images being delivered. Images will not be released until payment has been received in full.

Before the shoot, I’ll share a short preparation guide and schedule a planning call to discuss styling, timing, and any key design features you’d like highlighted. Spaces should be clean, styled, and free of clutter on the day.

Within 3 business days of your shoot, you’ll receive a proof sheet, from which you can make your images selections based on the package you have booked.
Once you've made your final selections, edited images are delivered within 21 business days via a private online gallery. Rush editing is available for publication or marketing deadlines on request. Additional fees will apply. -
Images are delivered via a Google Drive link. Once final payment is received, both high-resolution (for print) and web-resolution (for digital use) image files will be released to you.

Yes. Each package includes a set number of images, but you can add as many as you like for $55 per image. We may upgrade you to the next package if that works out more cost effective.

All photography packages include one standard, non-exclusive license for use by one business. If other businesses involved in the project would also like to use the images, there are two options available:
Cost-share license
A cost-share arrangement allows additional businesses to share the investment in the photography and receive their own non-exclusive license to use the images. Cost-share licenses must be arranged prior to the shoot and are charged at 30% of the package price per additional business. This allows the investment to be shared between participating businesses, making professional imagery more accessible while maximising the reach of your project.Individual image licenses
Alternatively, other businesses can contact us directly after the shoot to purchase a license for specific images at a per-image rate.
